Haste is a high-speed third-person running game by Landfall, set in a collapsing universe where every second counts. Players navigate procedurally generated levels across ten Shards, racing to complete each stage before the world disintegrates around them. With its focus on mastering movement mechanics and its unlockable endless mode, Haste offers a unique blend of precision, speed, and replayability.

Procedurally Generated Shards

Each of the ten Shards contains a series of procedurally generated levels that must be completed without failure to progress. The dynamic environments ensure no two runs are identical, challenging players to adapt to ever-changing layouts. Between runs, Sparks collected in shop levels can be used to acquire items that shape your build, modifying attributes like speed, health, and luck to suit your playstyle.

Momentum-Based Movement

Speed is central to Haste’s gameplay. Players build momentum by maintaining continuous motion, but a single mistake can stall progress and jeopardize the run. The game’s four abilities and customizable builds provide tools to overcome challenges, but success ultimately hinges on sharp reflexes and fast decision-making as the environment crumbles beneath you.

Online Co-op and Friendly Competition

Haste supports full online co-op play, letting multiple Zoes work together to complete Shards. While cooperative success is the goal, individual level times are tracked, adding a competitive edge to each run. Players can also unlock skins to personalize their characters during multiplayer sessions.

A Cast of Allies

Throughout the journey, Zoe encounters a cast of characters who provide wisdom, encouragement, or valuable items. These interactions add narrative depth as players uncover the mystery behind the universe’s collapse while racing to escape its destruction.
