We Were Here Together

We Were Here Together is a cooperative puzzle game developed by Total Mayhem Games. It distinguishes itself through its emphasis on shared problem-solving in a hostile environment. Set in a frozen landscape, players must rely on each other to navigate the mysteries of the blizzard-ridden world. The game is structured around cooperative gameplay, with two players taking on the challenge of communication and teamwork to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles. The flare in the sky and the desperate radio call set the stage for a tense journey where survival depends on partnership.

Cooperative Puzzle-Solving

The core of We Were Here Together is its cooperative puzzle-solving. Players must work in tandem, often separated but connected via walkie-talkies, to piece together clues and progress. Each player sees different parts of the environment and must communicate effectively to coordinate actions and solve puzzles. This shared experience requires constant dialogue and teamwork, making each puzzle a test of collaboration.

Frozen Wasteland Setting

The game's setting plays a pivotal role in shaping the experience. The frozen wasteland is not just a backdrop but an integral part of the challenges players face. Environmental hazards, such as blizzards and icy terrains, add layers of complexity to the puzzles. The harsh conditions also contribute to the narrative tension, as players must race against time and the elements to rescue those in need.
