Escape Simulator 2 is a first-person puzzle game by Pine Studio, building on the success of its predecessor with enhanced environments, intricate puzzles, and expanded tools for creating custom escape rooms. Notable locations like Dracula’s Castle and Starship EOS highlight the game’s collaborative design with escape room experts. Solo or with up to 8 players online, it offers a highly interactive escape room experience, from examining objects to driving vehicles.

Themed Locations and Puzzle Packs

Escape Simulator 2 features distinct room packs, each containing four themed escape rooms. Highlights include Dracula’s Castle, where players uncover a dark curse, and Starship EOS, set on a stranded exploration vessel. Additional challenges like The Cursed Treasure take you to a pirate island with cryptic maps and treacherous trials. New content is planned post-launch, ensuring ongoing puzzle-solving opportunities.

Enhanced Interactivity and Room Editor 2.0

The game emphasizes tactile interactions—pick up objects, rearrange furniture, and manipulate the environment. The revamped Room Editor 2.0 now includes tools like a Building Editor with functional stairs, a new lighting engine, and Sequence animations, enabling players to design rooms on par with the official ones. Over 4,000 community-built rooms from the first game inspired these advanced tools.

Co-op and Online Play

Play solo or collaborate with up to 8 friends in real-time, using built-in voice and text chat for seamless teamwork. The game’s improved networking and physics systems ensure smooth online gameplay, whether solving puzzles or experimenting with custom-built rooms.
