Soulframe is a premium action RPG developed by Digital Extremes, inviting players into the role of an Envoy in a world under siege. Set in the mystical land of Alca, players must liberate the Omen Beasts from the Ode's corruption, using the Spellsong melody to reclaim forgotten rites and memories. The game’s unique mechanic, the Feybled Arms, allows players to forge bonds with Omen Beasts, granting Arcanic abilities based on chosen Virtues. This system of Pacts and Weapons offers dynamic gameplay, encouraging players to experiment and adapt their strategies to overcome the challenges presented by the world.

The Lands of Alca

Explore Midrath and Alca, regions filled with Fables, World Trees, and fortresses awaiting liberation. Players can venture into the changing corridors of the Dermak Undercity, Glades of Anduin, and Neath'uns, where strategic exploration is key. Each location offers distinct opportunities to aid the Omen Beasts and strike against the Ode. The ever-shifting landscapes demand players remain alert, making each journey a fresh experience filled with discovery and conflict.

Combat and Feybled Arms

Combat in Soulframe revolves around the Feybled Arms system, where players combine Pacts, Weapons, and Virtues. Depending on the chosen Virtue—Courage, Grace, or Spirit—players can tailor their approach to combat. Swap between blade, bow, and magic to match the situation, utilizing Arcanic abilities to gain an edge. This flexibility in combat allows for personalized strategies, ensuring players can adapt to the evolving threats across Alca.

Co-op Gameplay and Customization

Soulframe supports cooperative gameplay with parties of up to four players, fostering collaboration against formidable challenges. Outside of combat, players can customize their Envoy using the Nightfold, swapping loadouts and altering armor appearance with Moonsteel Thread. This customization extends to the gameplay style, allowing players to tailor their experience and express their personal style, enhancing the immersive role-playing aspect of the game.
