RABBIT & STEEL is a co-op action roguelike developed by mino_dev, blending tab-target MMORPG-style combat with the unpredictability of roguelike progression. Players take on the role of rabbit-eared adventurers tasked with reaching the Moonlit Pinnacle, battling through boss fights that demand teamwork or, for solo players, intense bullet hell mechanics. Featuring a mix of local and online multiplayer for up to four players, the game emphasizes strategic loot collection and character building during each run.

Combat and Boss Mechanics

RABBIT & STEEL’s combat system revolves around global cooldowns, skill timing, and gear effects reminiscent of tab-target MMORPGs. Boss encounters are designed with cooperative mechanics, like resolving spread markers, while solo players face faster, more punishing bullet hell patterns. Each boss is a puzzle requiring adaptability, coordination, and mastery of your chosen class.

Loot and Character Progression

With over 100 random loot items, character progression hinges on strategic gear upgrades and synergy between item sets. Certain combinations unlock powerful effects, but competition for loot adds tension in multiplayer runs. Sharing—or not sharing—key items like the Darkstorm Knife can dramatically shape team dynamics and overall success.

The Moonlit Kingdom and Story Mode

The Moonlit Kingdom’s mystery unfolds in a single-player campaign where players investigate the sudden hostility of its denizens and the appearance of a towering structure in the city’s center. Alongside combat, players interact with enemies through dialogue, uncovering clues about the kingdom’s fate while preparing for increasingly challenging stages.
